For unused, unwashed, new condition merchandise only - Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase, exchanges within 60 days. All goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defect and will be replaced with like merchandise. If you are purchasing for the baby you are expecting, our return policy begins on your baby's date of birth.
Wee Bunz reserves the right to substitute colors or patterns on exchanged merchandise if the same is no longer available from the manufacturer. If you are returning or exchanging an item simply because you changed your mind, you are required to pay the shipping charges to return the item and to ship you the new item. If an item is defective, Wee Bunz will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Unlike most online cloth diaper stores, Wee Bunz does not charge you a restocking fee for your return. However, if you are having trouble with a product, kindly give us a phone call to see if we cannot help solve any problems you are having. We try our best to carry only the highest quality cloth diapering products.
DO NOT use bleach or fabric softeners on your diapering products. Failure to follow product care instructions voids all warranties.

Please include a note with your name, your address, and a phone number where we can reach you. If you have your order number or a copy of your sales receipt, this will make it easier for us to process your return more quickly. Please indicate whether you are returning the items or would like to make an exchange. Often times, it is more simple if you would like to just place a new order for the items you want in exchange and we can simply credit your credit card when we get the items back. Please choose a shipping option that includes a tracking number (to avoid items getting lost in the mail). Allow one week for your credit to be processed to your credit card. We will send you an email indicating that your return has been processed.
